At TLB Mallorca, we strive for perfection in every pair; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all products are in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the necessary shipping documents.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original box, ensuring all accessories such as dust bags and care cards are included, and pack it securely in an outer shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection as instructed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods to confirm they meet our quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
